Thank you for the feedback!

Haha took me a while to get the hang of it but great game overall. Loved the amazing pixel art.

I loved the art. It looked fresh and cute. Also the sound is very nice. Really amazing idea with the platforming style. Would love to see a full version!

I liked how the platforming element is kinda tricky. Good level design. Having the health bar in a brighter color would've made the appearance nicer, I believe. Kudos!

Loved the concept. Totally reminded me of Pokemon type advantage features. Although the controls might need a little refining and throw in some nice soundtrack and you got yourself a pretty solid game.

I agree and I plan on expanding the game a little and yes, I'll remove the penalty if I do so.

Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks! I wanted to create a small yet powerful experience that would want the players to come back and play again and again trying to get the highest score possible. Thanks for the feedback!

Loved the art. Took me a while to get the concept but really an amazing game after that. Maybe adding some HUD elements would make the gameplay feel a lot better.

Totally loved the game. The best part for me was that lost feeling at the beginning and then the bullets appeared and the underwater creatures. The ambient sound effects only added to the gameplay. I actually have played a very similar game but while that was more like energetic and thrilling experience, I must admit that I totally loved your muted and calm version. Kudos! Also those crawling fish creatures loo totally breathtaking.

The controls seemed a bit snoopy at first but I totally understand how that emphasizes the gameplay and kinda gives you an underwater vibe.

Thanks! I felt the game was a bit complicated too so that's why I put the tutorial together. Glad you liked!

Oh my god that was amazing! Had to keep keep playing for that Sharingan skin lol. Would absolutely recommend turning this into an android game with some more features maybe.
The only thing I think needs work, is the Heads Up Display. It seems too small on a big screen and thus a bit difficult to follow along the HP bar.

Brb gonna go play again and get that Pokeball skin!

Here's my game. Gonna go ahead an play your game now. Looks amazing from the screenshots.

Overall, pretty interesting game. Loved the ambient music. Also the visuals were pretty soothing. Would definitely recommend giving this game another shot with more interesting animations and story arcs.

Although I totally loved the visuals and the story, I could not figure out what I was supposed to do until I read the comment section. Even after that I think something about the controls just doesn't seem right. Would love to finish the game so I am still trying.

I liked the game overall although there are some things I'd like to change.

Firstly the movement seemed too jerky, doesn't allow much response time. Secondly I guess some more feedback during certain actions would be nicer to play with. Overall, great game and lovely art. Really liked the professional looking main menu and all. Kudos!

Yes. Last time I couldn't find something that exactly fits my mood because I had very less time. So I just made some quick samples in bfxr. Music was done in like an hour or so because that was all the time I had.

I wanted to include some good music too but turns out creating good music isn't my strongest suit. XD

However, I'm planning on rebuilding the game later and I'm definitely planning on including all the elements you noted.

Looks epic considering its your first game. Also I loved the pace and overall controls. I am new to gamedev too and using Godot, however I am having a hard time making Tilemaps look good. So overall, pretty great game.

The best part of the game for me was probably the drifting effect. Shooting those asteroids in style can really keep you hooked for a while. Having said that, I did feel that the shooting reload time could've been a bit quicker. Been able to move around so sleekly and not being able to shoot doesn't seem quite right. Overall, pretty epic game and loved the art style and overall concept.

Thanks for playing! There's surely a lot of things that I'll change but I plan on rebuilding this game with finer aesthetics and gameplay.

Thanks for the feedback!

And sorry about the fullScreen issue. I'll surely look into it.

For starters, I really liked the art style and the overall mechanics, however,  I think the game would've been better off without separate run and walk states. It can certainly become a handful while trying to leap forward.

Secondly, in some areas, I think the platforms could've been better placed. But overall, pretty fun to play. Certainly needs a while to get the hang of it.

Nice little game. Although, it gets very repetitive soon. Maybe adding a few unequal time delays between certain elements will increase the fun of the game. And maybe a few more platforms on different levels.

I'm sorry, I only created a downloadable for Windows as the jam only required that.

I don't use a Mac so there was no way I could've tested the build, so I just found it best to skip it due to time constraints.

Thanks a lot for playing. I agree with all your suggestions and I'll surely improve this game later. I just loved the concept and knew I had to build something quick. I was planning on adding a walk sound but couldn't because of a bug and low time.

And congratulations on finding the Orb. I'll tell you a secret. I was initially planning on adding a boss fight, where you must collect the power from the Orb first. See the blank room above the room you start in? It was were I was gonna place it. But again, couldn't because of time constraints.

Thanks again!

Thanks, I figured it out.

Can anyone tell me where can I see the entries to make sure my entry went through? I am new here
