Who is allowing you to do all of their kinks without them being unlocked? Cause this is the first time ever hearing this. Normally it's people not unlocking the kinks by scrolling or pressing the arrows at the shop.
Just go around town hanging out and working for people. Get sleep before you run out of a stat, then go while hanging out or working with people with scenes you've already seen, run out of that stat during it and you'll get a gameover and progress more of the story.
Getting a gameover reverts the day back to the start, and sleeping moves the day to the next, so make sure you always sleep before getting a gameover.
There are other ways of getting gameovers and scenes that require you to lose a stat somewhere else, or already have one of them at a certain amount.
If you mean his work scenes, those are determined by how far you are with people like Vince and Vandeel. If you mean his play scenes, the one he teases will have to wait till his next update.

Think maybe you need to talk to other people like Oscar if you're at the part where Kanat needs to move it, which happens after some events with Harold's first gamoever experiment sessions.
