Thanks!   I added the tutorial and cleaned up some UI scaling in the current update.

Appreciate you playing it!

All the health bars!  I am considering moving the donuts health to the player itself so the only bars will be the boss health and sugar meter.

Right now, the boss nor the player can die because they are in "testing mode."    I just wanted to test the games resolution and see how it played in HTML.    Thanks for playing and feedback!   I will be building a tutorial stage with a training dummy to teach the mechanics :)

Thanks!   You basically just point your mouse at the boss and shoot lol.   As you collect sugar the roulette will spin and add a new weapon in a random slot.   Right now, the boss nor the player can die because they are in "testing mode."    I just wanted to test the games resolution and see how it played in HTML.    Thanks for playing and feedback!   I will be building a tutorial stage with a training dummy to teach the mechanics :)

Thank you for the kind words! Appreciate you playing.

No problem at all!  That's just my personal limitation because I use a small form factor keyboard.  I can't remember if this was made with Unity or not (which is the only engine I know), but if it was, the unity input system is incredibly flexible and easy to work with, especially for handling multi-function input.  Again, great work though!

Thank you for the feedback and for playing!

Sadly I put the sfx in like 23 seconds before hitting build and uploading as my wife was handing me a honey do list with the "look." lol    So I did not have time to test them :)    Thanks for playing!

Love the jump bounce mechanic.  Music was really nice as well.  Good job!  I played the no shaders build as my PC flagged the other one and wouldn't download.

Shooting aliens in the face is always fun.   Just a suggestion, but having the fire button displayed on screen would be super helpful, had to smack a few keys to figure it out.   Well done though, loved the challenge.

Art and sound were really cool.   Took a few deaths to figure out how to turn on the flashlight, but wasn't really sure what to do.   Just walked around the room.   Light and shadows were well down.   Good foundation here.

Thank you for the feedback!   Yes the camera FOV was intentional.  An added layer of difficulty as you shrink.   It was supposed to be a LERP'd transition, but since I ran out of time I never got to implement that.

Super fun and chill!  Not sure if it was a bug or intent, but if you go ham clicking it just throws fruit everywhere and is super fun running the score up! Well done

Unfortunately my PC flagged this as a virus and I did not open it.  I am sure it would have been fine, but I take no chances :)

(1 edit)

Fun game.  Frustrating, cause I'm old and my brain was failing lol, but definitely fun.

Was unable to extract the file.   Did not have a program that could open the file type.

Unfortunately I do not have a numpad on my keyboard, so I could not shoot, however the art and music were really cool.    Well done from what I could see before dying!

Great Art, Great Concept, Super chill and fun! Great job!  Only thing missing was some sound and maybe a score or something, but well done!

Well executed thought.   Simple yet fun!  Nice job!

Cool concept.  Controls were very hard to use (this may have been the intent).   Overall great job though!

I played this for way longer than I should have.  Great fun!  I am REALLY bad at it, but very much enjoyed it

Thanks!  I had very ambitious plans, then IRL kicked me in the nards and was like NO lol.

Art and animations were awesome.   Really cool concept.    Personal preference I don't like arrow controls, my right hand gets confused lol (probably cause I am old and so used to WASD movement).   Overall great!

Cool concept.  I enjoyed my time rolling down the hill!  Could def use a little tweaking to line up jumps and bounces, but def great work!

A little buggy but still a fun read.  Good writing for sure!

Simple yet fun!  The writing was awesome (I am Space Jesus).   The heart beat was challenging but not overwhelming.   Great job!

Joeseppi is my new best friend.  Super fun!  love the music!

Good use of the theme.   Unfortunately I was unable to interact with the switch and did not have enough bullets to kill both monsters so I kept dying.    Good idea though and def could be developed further into a good horror game.

Good use of the theme!  This was quite enjoyable to play!

Controls were a little too floaty for me personally, made it very difficult to play.    That could have been the intention.   Still, good job!  Art and sounds were good!

Sensitivity by default was 0 which meant I couldn't turn the camera.   Took a few deaths before realizing that.   Afterwards was good fun shooting shronks :)

Nice little game.  Movement controls felt good.  Well done!

Fun game with a good take on the theme.   Hit boxes were a little tight for having to make fast precise movement, but definitely fun!

Cool take on the ol snake game!  11 was my best.  Great job!

Cool concept of being an internal assassin!

Thanks!

Brain cells were lost, but fun was had.   Love a game that will make you laugh :)

Could not play because of needing to buy the game.

Unfortunately I was unable to play.  PC detected this as a virus and would not let me open.   Good practice for jams is to make them playable in the browser if at all possible.

Thank you for playing and for the feedback!

Neat game with a cool use of the theme.

Could be the start of something fun.
