So with that bug, you either need to struggle out before the 2nd ghost shows up or wait for the scene to finish and stand up before they reappear otherwise it will bug it by restarting the scene. Luckily at this point you can wait for the scene to finish and stand back up with struggle before they go at you again.

the update note says dynamic, so I assume it's all the encounter NPCs so that way you don't end up breaking the story, any questlines or any NPCs that may be needed elsewhere.

generally phones now of days can have anywhere from 4gb or less for budget phones, 6 to 8 gb for middle ground phones going up to 12-16 for the more recent top end phones. This game seems to eat up from 300 to 600 mbs of ram on my pc but CPU wise it may not run well on half the phones out there despite it looking like a simple game considering it's taking 25% of my cpu and I have a I3 8100 which can handle current gen games.

I would just try to download from the site itself instead of the app, it appears to work just fine for my end.
