Thank you! If I find the time, I'll try to make it happen!

Most of my assets strictly follow the NES's limitations, so the palette is the NES palette: https://lospec.com/palette-list/nes-aesprite. Each tile uses one of several sub-palettes that are made up of 3 unique colors and one shared color. Same goes for the sprites with the shared color being the alpha channel. Hope that helps!

Sorry for the delayed response! You can use my assets with any asset you like. That includes assets from other developers. Hope that helps!

Hello Parisoft! I generally don't do commission work, but I'm happy to hear you out. I think you have my Discord, but let me know if you prefer to contact me some other way.

Hello again, CosmicSponge! I added the animations you suggested. They can be found in the "Void_Additional_Player_Animations.zip" file.

Thank you for the kind words, CosmicSponge! To answer your question, I never thought about it, but it wouldn't be too hard to add the animations you mentioned. I'll be more active on itch soon, so expect an update. And thanks for making a suggestion! It helps improve my assets.

Sorry it took me so long to respond. My internet has been out. I'd like to make a space-themed pack. Sadly, I have a hard time making time for itch. I'll definitely keep a space-themed pack in mind whenever I have some free time though! Thanks for all the encouragement and compliments, jjpp3006rgg! I appreciate you!

I don't know much about the MSX2 system, but seeing my art on an older console brings me joy! Definitely keep me posted. It's looking good so far. And sorry for the late response, my internet has been out for a few weeks.

Thank you so much! Your games are awesome, by the way!

Thank you for sharing, Alberto! This is a genius idea for a puzzle game. I managed to get some large combos haha! I really appreciate the credit too!

It would depend on the publisher's intent. If you create a game, movie, or book using my assets, you can sell that game, movie, or book without restrictions. You can even sell the game to a publisher. However, you cannot redistribute the assets themselves. A good question to ask is: Does my project compete with the assets in any way? If you use the assets in a Gamemaker project, you cannot sell the project file, but you can sell the game exported from that project file. I hope that makes sense. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Sorry for the late response, Disthron, but I wanted to be at my computer when I replied. This is freakin' awesome! Seeing my graphics in a game this cool makes all the effort worthwhile. I've been showing this video to my family, bragging about the buildings in the background haha.  Thank you for sharing! And I hope your project does well!

I want to add another biome and more enemies. But I'm really slow, so don't expect anything soon 😅.

I would like to, but I have a few asset packs planned that I need to finish before I can make anything else. A Double Dragon or Final Fight styled pack would be cool though!

Thank you, Pidroh!

Thanks, Vexed! I highly recommend making a pack like this. I personally learned a lot from doing pixel art in this perspective.

I'm happy you noticed the 'Link to the Past' influence. It was probably the game I referenced most. And thank you for the complement!

Thank you! I'd like to add more biomes, enemies, and NPCs to this pack. But I can't promise anything soon. I'll try get an update out by February though.

Thank you, 2 Bit! It hurts to be accused of something like this. I appreciate you!

I referenced every early Zelda game, including the one you mentioned. However, I drew each sprite by hand; each sprite took hours to make. This asset pack is for people who want to make Zelda-like games, so many of the animations match up. I would never and have never stolen or recolored anyone's assets.

That makes perfect sense. I'll definitely keep that in mind for future packs. I've actually considered including Gamemaker Studio 2 projects in future packs, but I don't know if that's something anyone's interested in. I'm happy these assets are being put to good use.

I had a ton of fun playing your game! And thank you for your comment. Since you've made a game with the pack, do you have any advice on how I could improve future asset packs?

Awesome! Good job on the game. Thank you for sharing 🙂

Hello, harmonyohlove!

Feel free to contact me on Discord: Balloon#9311.

Thanks, raistlin77it! That made my day! :)

Hello, Crazy Bird Lady! I can't promise I'll agree to anything, but you can contact me on Discord: Balloon#9311. Also, sorry for the late response. :)

Absolutely, I'd love to make a top down shooter pack. I'll start planning something now. Do you think a cross between Life Force and Recca's art style would be cool? Those two are my favorites visually.

Yes! I plan to make a playable character for this pack and future packs like it. Currently, I'm picking out abilities for the player and studying games in the same genre. But once I have everything figured out, I'll have a player out in no time. But don't expect an update soon; think 2-3 weeks from now. Thanks again, CapnWakka!

Update: I've added GIFs of every sprite to the pack.

Thank you, CapnWakka!

Hello, saif2012. What file format would you like to see included? Maybe I can help. 🙂

Thank you, Life55! You're the best!

Thanks for the encouragement, Life55! And don't feel obligated to donate. I'm just happy you purchased the pack. Feel free to leave a comment if the pack has any issues.

Thank you so much, Vexed.

Thanks, Life55! I really appreciate it. :)

Yep! I plan to make a main character, enemies, and robot masters/bosses for the Reactor Man tileset and my future tilesets. Thank you for your interest, Life55!
