As it says in the title, One Bar Missile has no effect on party members , neither inflicting binding nor damage (it seems to just hit them and then the projectile disappears). The Warden's AI seems to break when this happens and if you bring a full party into her fight you can have them stand in front of you and the Warden will just remain in one place and repeatedly fire harmless One Bar Missiles into the NPCs until she dies.
