if we talk about those screenshots, They pretty much appear after winning the minigame (random chance probably).

in order to find members, You need to seek for glitches that appear during talk section (they start to appear after  day 2). You have to click glitches in order to save members (oh yeah + hold left click during saving them)

I know this answer is late and is spoiler but: It goes until You end up findimg something even tho you don't see it. Game will back to normal after it with exception that: Winter is gone.
