I'm glad you like the game so far! Yes, that is a problem I will try to fix if I update the game now that I have time to figure out how to <:-)
after you put the VHS in the microwave you will have to interact with the microwave again to progress (make sure you dont walk away from it). this happens once more later on. another issue my partner discovered was with an option that happens later on kind of soft locking the game. when you are asked to put something in the microwave. say yes to avoid this. also a good thing to remember is that you can save at any time in the game! I hope you enjoy the rest of the game if you try it again :-)
