The bad ending is him going to psychiatric hospital (i am bad at english as well) and breaking up with you due to not telling him you love him.

I have a question about Harold's endings. I have seen the bad one (unfortunately) and I have also seen the one when he resigns. Is this a good ending or a neutral one? From the hint I guess it is a good ending but I am not so sure about it.
