So using Mystic items, rift lens because free items are pog. I insta-died when going to final stage with the item. I thought initially it's some multiplayer-client jank with my friends but doing a SP run and getting to the final stage and instantly dying with the item seemed like a strange interaction. Anyone else experiencing this?
