This supposed to be just a meme game, but it manages to be more unsettling than most horror games nowadays.

The creator lost all their work, including almost complete versions of chapters 4 and 5. This was 5 years ago and Coren Baili has not given any updates on any of their projects since 2018. The odds of this ever being finished are very slim.

First off, thanks for the game! I enjoyed it immensely. You did an excellent job fleshing out Vanripper's characters, to the point that I'd say this visual novel is more interesting than the game it's based on.

Secondly, I hope it is okay to ask this question here. No problems if you can't respond, but just to make sure I won't catch anyone by surprise, I'm going to put a spoiler warning here:

SPOILERS BELOW

So, if you get the first two Beelzebub dates before Lucifer's final date, you get a choice of whether you want to ask about the Abyss or about Cerberus's history. Regardless of your choice, the Taker then thinks he has to talk with a certain girl, now that he has some important info. If you don't ask about the Abyss, that girl is, presumably, Cerberus.

Does that mean that, if I choose to ask about the Abyss and get Beel's third date, Cerberus's future dates will somehow be impacted? Will this be a case of us having to choose between helping Cerberus or Beel? Or do you guys intend to give the Taker another way of helping Cerberus in the final game?

How do I set my controls? I can't rebind keys, since "S" is default confirm key, but pressing it immediately binds the action I'm trying to change to THAT key.

Is ending 4 not accessible anymore?

EDIT: It is. Sorry, I was sleepy and didn't get the joke initially.

Nice. Thanks a lot for the answer! I was following your project way back then, but a particularly busy period made me forget all about it; only learned today that it had already been released. Really excited to finally be able to get my hands on it.

Hello there! I'd just like to ask: is this version DRM-free? Your game is cheaper on Steam, but if this copy is DRM-free, I might purchase it here.

Yes, because the new release isn't finished yet. It should be obvious that no new releases doesn't mean the game is abandoned or done, especially when the devs are regularly posting updates.

Check their twitter, which is listed on this page. They post updates frequently there.

In fact, they say on this very page that development news will go up there.

Now this one's a classic. Nice to see it's still widely available. Pity the old website died; it was essentially a museum.

So sad that this game will probably never be completed :(

Thanks a lot! I have already finished the game, but I am happy you fixed the issue nonetheless. Looking forward to more!

The author lost all their work on the previous chapters thanks to a fatal hardware failure... as well as all the work that had been done so far on future chapters. While the game was never canceled outright, I would say the odds of it ever being finished are slim.

Hey there! Just dropped by to add to the chorus of people saying they can`t move at the beginning - at least, not without some inconveniences.

The problem seems to be with the tutorial - the game freezes whenever one of the instruction screens are supposed to show up. I can unfreeze the game and cause the screen to appear by pressing space or the arrow keys repeatedly, but it is still an inconvenience. Other than that, the game is great! Will be looking forward to more.
