Thank you for playing! The vine can be difficulty to use, pressing 'W' when your character is in front of the vine will enable climbing on the vine then moving along the vine with WASD like normal should help you utilise it better.

You can select seeds by clicking on them in the top left and plant by clicking on the glowing dirt.

Unfortunately I am not exactly sure how I could introduce another input option other than clicking at the moment.
The intended mechanic is you should not be able to jump from vines but you will retain your velocity upon exiting a vine, so exiting while climbing up will give the illusion of jumping off the vine but should be slightly lower than an actual jump. However, I will still have a look to ensure jumping off the vine is impossible in case that is indeed a bug.
