Thank you for making and sharing this! It looks like it will be very helpful for all those I play with, neurodivergent or otherwise. Needing some time to process things is very human, and explicitly saying that isn't something I've seen in other safety tools

Thank you for making such a lovely game (and such warm illustrations as well). My daughter has already arrived, but she's still little enough that this game is exactly right for me <3
I can even imagine a gender-neutral version of this (both for the kid and the parent) that would make an amazing gift to soon-to-be parent friends
Thanks for your interest! I haven't had the time to play and/or develop much -- there was almost 2 years between v0.4 and v0.5 because I only got to play it again then! That said, the rules are (I think) in a pretty good state since they're riffing off 24XX rules, which are already good. That most recent time I've been having fun playing both solo and co-op with a friend, using *ahem* actual pokemon in addition to randomly generated etymon... The game's free/pwyw so take it for a spin!
I do have a few ideas brewing on how to develop and refine the rules further, and of course it's still missing the all-important random tables... The tables just takes some time to sit down to write (I find more joy as a rules tinkerer than as a writer!), and I do want to playtest more before adjusting the rules again -- but real life is very busy, so I can't tell you when v1.0 or even v0.6 will drop. Sorry about that!
If it helps, I also have a mini GM companion to help with solo/co-op play, it could be backup for my lack of random tables.
Thank you for the feedback! I'll add a couple of links to the page right away!
I'm definitely looking forward to expanding the toolkit in the future! Right now, unfortunately, dealing with "real life" takes up so much time and energy that these laying out these three cards were all that I could squeeze in time for.
