For shooting into combat, if it's 1v1, flip a coin, or; d6 roll with 1-3=model one, 4-6=model two.  If its 2v1 maybe; 1-2= model one, 3-4= model two, 5-6= model three. I highly encourage people to interpret things that are vague however they feel will be the most fun, and some stuff has been left like this on purpose for this reason.

Meks can have 1 Special each, and can only be used once per game. I've updated the text to include this.  Thank you for asking!

This was an old typo that should be fixed in the downloadable rules. The written chart is correct. Thank you for bringing it up!

There is no upper limit, make Meks as big or small as you like!
