What is Better Me Book?:
Better Me Book is a private journal and self development platform that provides a personal space to post your daily progress, reflect on your goals, work on personal self improvements while encouraging your own daily, weekly and monthly progress. Better Me Book also provides access to "self help" development applications that are easy to learn and can be completed daily.
What Can I Do on Better Me Book?:
You can post daily journals that are only visible and accessed by you, or post in your profile book. You can make your profile page totally private or available for friends to view. Although we have community events and optional group discussions, Better Me Book is designed and intended to be a personal and private experience. Most of your interactions will be private and for your own personal reflection and development.
