You need Jackalope for this, when you visit this exact place after defeating the iron golem, Jackalope will recover the boss and you will get an item, you must place it on the alter to open this door

If you are running this game in itch.io app, when loading the game up, press the second button on the title screen and choose the progress in which you have saved

If you are talking about the green alien girl,  you need to know the secret about it as she mentions about the earthquake in the wolf's den, there you go to the secret entrance in the first cave which was shaped like a question mark. Hope this helps

Well you are in luck, Basically you need blinky's secrets, once she mentions about yin and yang fuck scene, you must talk to yin about it, once doing so, you will get that jackalope third scene, good luck :)
