try the ProjectEdensGarden_Prologue_LowSpec.zip version if you didnt already, maybe its because your pc does not meet the spec requirements for the normal version.

there is literally a ProjectEdensGarden_Prologue_LowSpec.zip that you can download. this is specifically for computers that are not that good.
