Is it possible for the full bodies to come before the 15 rates?

I cannot find what is shown in the pack, the buttons, for example, have to be resized manually and there are several things that I cannot find in the file such as the squares in the following image:

Is there a way to resize them easier without losing their borders?

And to make the roulette? (There is the separated files without an easy way to mix it)

Where are these squares, and those in the following image? (config, etc.)
