how do i make it use english instead of russian

i played the non patreon version so not sure if I can get Gina really buff or not 

ah ok figured it might be that so later this month ok nice also i tired turning the gym friend down and got the bad ending that was as close as to getting her to take the pill as i got lol

i tried the pill and grew once and after that just kept going to the gym but nothing else happened and it never offered to grow the gym friend and only said prologue and then nothing else also seems like i can only download version 0.1 

so i got the main character to grow only one time is that all there is so far is all i am wondering?

just wondering how big and muscular can you make the girls as of the most recent update?

so i played the game but never saw the blonde hair woman in the first picture and never really got gina to be really muscular still a twig mainly what did i do wrong?
