Thanks for checking it out!

Hm. The web version is the same as the download version, so each level should have a door to descend into the next level. Maybe I misunderstand the problem though. I think what you mean with the “skull looking gate thing” is the initial spawn point where you are resurrected. Holding down space for auto-walk should eventually lead you to a door, maybe the pathfinding got stuck and you have to walk away from the spawn point a bit :D

I can definitely see your point about the first-person style! I specifically choose it because I felt just doing another top-down 2d roguelike game wouldn’t be fun for me, but that’s totally subjective :)

EDIT: I just updated the beta build to include a simple 2D mode for a more classical roguelike experience. You can enable it in the settings. Additionally the pathfinding should now go around the spawn to avoid any confusions

Browser - Windows - Linux - Mac

Gloamvault combines elements of first-person dungeon crawlers and roguelikes with monster collection mechanics (think Pokémon). You play as a resurrected wizard specializing in charm and transmutation magic. You can attempt to charm any monster you encounter, making them your ally. Additionally, you can merge monsters to create stronger ones. Your goal is to build a powerful party and delve as deeply as possible into the dungeon.

  • You are a resurrected evil wizard.
  • Charm any monster you encounter to build up your army.
  • Over 500 different monsters to fight.
  • Use your dark magic to merge two monsters together.
  • Spend points to get upgrades.
  • Try to reach the depths of the dungeon… or die trying.

Note: The game has only been playtested by a few people so I would love to hear some feedback so I can better balance the game, create new fun abilities and so on. Feel free to join the discord linked on the page.

With Sales & Dungeons you can create highly customizable handouts, quick reference and much more for your Dungeons and Dragons (or other PnP) Sessions. Most Thermal Printer are small in size and can be taken with you and kept right at the gaming table. Use-cases range from printing out magic items, spells or a letter that the group found to little character sheets of your players to use as DM note. The possibilities are nearly endless!

Awesome work! Really like the minimal style. The bouncy-ness feels good. Plays like a great game from the old-school flash games era where the gameplay is king and the focus lies on a singular concept :)

Really like the aesthetic! :)

Thanks for checking it out though! :) The game is still very WIP and most of the games content is missing. I mostly focused on getting the underlying “engine” in a good state. The Browser version is even more experimental

Hey! Thanks a lot :)

End Of Eden is a “Slay the Spire”-like, roguelite deck-builder game with CRT/Terminal aesthetics. It’s open source and also fully modable with lua and can be used like a card/deck-building game engine. I hope that I can build a creative modding community around the game ヾ(^∇^)

So if you like deck building games like Slay the Spire feel free to check it out!

Hey there!

Step into the post-apocalyptic world of End Of Eden – it’s a free, open-source roguelite deck-builder game rocking the retro terminal/crt vibe, think “Slay the Spire” meets post-apocalyptic in the terminal.

Right now, it’s in its early (pre-)alpha stage. The game “engine” is mostly working and a bit of test content to showcase the features is present. But here’s the kicker: End Of Eden is all about community power! It’s built with modding in mind, giving you the keys to create your own cards, enemies, artifacts – heck, even design whole campaigns.

If you’re into these types of games and want to be part of this adventure, hop on board! What EoE is searching for:

  • Modders: That want to create their own content or help build the content for the main campaign. Game content is scripted with lua and is fairly simple.
  • Writers: To fill the main campaign with sprinkles of pleasing narrative
  • Sound People: To potentially replace some UI sounds
  • Playtester: To help getting the game to explode!

and more…

As this is a open source project no strings are attached! Fun is the priority and no stress is involved. Sounds interesting? Feel free to drop by the discord (。◕‿‿◕。)
