so I bought it, a slight correction to what I mentioned previously right on the first page:
"It’s a semiannual game zine containing content for some or all the games I’ve published. It’ll come out when I feel like it. It might even have Lancer content some day!"
So to answer your previous question, it's a possibility, but likely not for ICON since it's still in the playtest stage :)
Likely not, since this is Toms indie publishing platform. Not really involved in Massif Press.
He also had an AMA where I think he mentioned that content he publishs with Miguel will be halted for now because he wants Miguels involvement in those projects but due to Miguel's job, it's very difficult as of now. So their current solution is to contract other people to produce small adventure modules for Lancer.
