Just checking this out and 'bought' it for $2, just so the devs know that isn't a reflection on your work but indicative that I haven't even checked it out yet but wanted to support the idea regardless.

Chucked $5 towards this even though it's not quite my jam (but close!). Just wanted to show some support for a cool concept and bolster the supply of survival/building/exploration/factory style games. :)

I totally understand and don't at all blame you Kenny! I know a problem of my own creation when I see one. :)

I'd like to echo and confirm this fixed it for me running Arch Linux, Gnome3 under Wayland.

"GDK_BACKEND=x11 ./Asset\ Forge.x86_64 -force-vulkan"

Thanks for all the help guys, I was having serious buyers remorse, even though I like supporting Kenny. :)

Just made a $2 'donation' as a fellow Roguelike 'developer'. Love your dedication and progress updates, very much an inspiration.

Nice, super simple approach. I'd be curious what performance would look on the scale of something like an RTS, but I'd imagine something like an RPG with maps like this would be totally workable. It's just an image after all. :)

Well said. I don't think it's a criminal offense to require a mouse, just like touch screen games on phones don't translate to the desktop well, but that doesn't mean it should be ignored if it's possible within the design constraints.
