If someone want to play my game in the time is left to the end of the jam, its very short: https://itch.io/jam/boss-rush-jam-2024/rate/2513692
Note: this is not and rate x rate, i can't play other games right now. Good luck to everyone.
it's okay if you are well with that. I writed this after playing the game about your game: " its one of the more interesting games i had seen i a game jam, one of my favorite for the moment. I will be playing it after the end of the jam. I dont see bad aspects in the game, apart from the store menu, when you go to buy there is no button in the menu that you can press with the mouse to buy." Apart of that, i dont know how the theme was included in the game(I don't realize a lot of things normally, so I probably didn't notice, it happens to me a lot xd) Its a good game!
It's very difficult the game(at least for me), i didn't manage to defeat the first boss. The art its very consistent. And the music its good. I dont see bugs in the game. The thing with this game(for me) its that i dont see the moment when i can shoot him without be beaten like a punching bag xd. And in the first boss i cant see the exchange theme, I imagine that its after the first boss.
In the original plans where the possibility of exchange the position between the player and the enemy, this is useful because of a attack of the boss(not in finale game because of bugs) that keep in the middle of the room and launch magic in all directions, so the player in that moment could exchange the position and not be affected with the attack. I only make the code, the very little story, and game design, the other things were for other persons that put that things for use, like kenny, there are in the credits. I don't know if i will update the game after the jam, but its possible. Thanks for your opinion!
I was uploading the game and out of nowhere it appears to me that it cannot be uploaded because the voting process has started :(
Here is the sha256 sum's:

We're no strangers to love You know the rules and so do I (do I) A full commitment's what I'm thinking of You wouldn't get this from any other guy
I just wanna tell you how I'm feeling Gotta make you understand
Never gonna give you up Never gonna let you down Never gonna run around and desert you Never gonna make you cry Never gonna say goodbye Never gonna tell a lie and hurt you
We've known each other for so long Your heart's been aching, but you're too shy to say it (say it) Inside, we both know what's been going on (going on) We know the game and we're gonna play it
And if you ask me how I'm feeling Don't tell me you're too blind to see
Never gonna give you up Never gonna let you down Never gonna run around and desert you Never gonna make you cry Never gonna say goodbye Never gonna tell a lie and hurt you
Never gonna give you up Never gonna let you down Never gonna run around and desert you Never gonna make you cry Never gonna say goodbye Never gonna tell a lie and hurt you
(Ooh, give you up) (Ooh, give you up) (Ooh) Never gonna give, never gonna give (give you up) (Ooh) Never gonna give, never gonna give (give you up)

Thanks! Yep, i'm not good in english, i need to learn more of it.
Yes, probably i dont have too much for that. I had not tested too much games in the game jam, so there are no much people that knows about the game. After i format the disk i will be testing games, but checking the rar/zip too apart of the exe xd.
I'll try your game too 👍
There are the possibility that they are false positives, but "The anvil section" is marked by windows defender like a trojan, and "un petit noel" have 3 alerts in virustotal, looks like a game made with game maker, so maybe be a pirated version, that is a only a theory, nothing confirmed because i not put these games in some of the services to test malware. I had not execute any of the two executable. The game that i mentioned its "un petit noel", but like i says before, maybe they are false positives, the better way to see if they are malware its using services that can check what they do in the machine. Its really frustrating that there too many risk to play games now.
Yep JK5000, probably the web versions are same dangerous as the executable versions, they can execute code too. I think its better to have a apart pc to play these type of games to be more safe, in my case i have practically 2 pc's but i use one, what i do its use to hard drives, linux in one and windows in the other, but i disable in the bios one of the hard drives depending what SO i need to use, so the cant read or do something in the other disk, but i dont download things from suspicious sources(except this time :/), and my way is not 100% secure, because if the malware go the the firmware, no matter the thing that i mentioned before, so what i mentioned before of formatting the other pc, i refer to format the disk that is right now disabled by the bios, i must edit the post really... Sorry for the little lie. My dream its to have in the future a pc for work, other pc for games and other pc for things like games of game jams, emulation, etc(or have a pc that can run a VM).

I had played some games and only downloaded other games, various games of the last group(only downloaded) have many virus alerts including alerts of trojans by the windows defender.
I don't think that the games i had played were the cause of a blue screen of the dead during a virus analysis, i think was because i forget to analyze in virus total a compressed file before i decompressed it, file that have many trojan alerts. So stay alert.
Luckily it was on other pc and not in this(really is not other pc, its that i had 2 SO's, linux and windows in to separate hard drives, but i have disable one of them with the bios, so the SO cant see the content of the other disk meanwhile i use it. But there is the risk of the malware infecting the firmware, but a very little, so i will be formatting that other disk that its now isolated(disabled by the bios))
Don't use pirated versions, by example of rpgmaker, winrar, etc, because if you do it, you probably are distributing malware too in your game.
I'll be formatting the other pc, so I'll not be testing games. Good luck during the rest of the jam.
Its fun, but in the beginnig its something confuse, by example, sometimes the recipe changes because i push "e" to take the material, and how there are things on the anvil, i not notice of the change, maybe a different key to use the anvil or a change of something more notorious, or puthing the recipe in a floating UI. Something of feedback when a tree is hit maybe be a good idea too. The first time that i finish the tutorial i thinked that i finished the game, but for curiosity i do click in the menu button and i looked that there are more levels, maybe and next level button or the levels selection when the tutorial is finished is a better idea. Other than that, it's all good.
