I finished the quest for the demon, and now i have no idea where to go from here, the Facility still says i'm too small, even though i seem to have lost the ability to grow myself further it seems, i have no idea if i can even get bigger or how to do so

makes sense, after all, "good" and "evil" are all inherent concepts provided to us by our own perception of the world, what you consider to be "good" might be another person's "evil"
