I didn't, I searched up how to get it and all you have to do is go up on the stage, there should be a mic on the left side were you can hold the interact button to get the achievement.
I picked up a mic and thought I would have to put it up her butt for the achievement, but instead it instantly jump scared me with Golden Freddy popping in and out. There is no scene with her it just shows her for a few seconds.
For the 2nd phase it's telling me to click on something but idk what it is, can I get some help
Edit: I've figured it out (just click on the thing on the right real fast) but you should add more barells, Im barely able to hold on in the 2nd phase (Im playing on nomarl mode)
imma need some help, I'm missing a "intimate" scene,. It's the one between SAndra and Vesnia. If anyone knows on how to get the scene I would appreciate a guide.
