Thank you for the thoughtful feedback! You bring up a lot of good points, and I definitely think there need to be some UI changes. I agree the faction element feels unsteady, and I'll work on having more meaningful faction interactions. I'll certainly post updates and let everyone know when it comes to steam!

Hello!
I recently published an early demo of my current deck building game project to itch, and I would really like some feedback about the balance and mechanics of the game. The game currently has lots of filler artwork which I plan to replace--I would mostly like to hear about the interactions of the cards and how the presentation of the card interactions feel for the player. There are certainly some imbalanced cards in the game right now (some of which I know about), and it would be great to hear how the balance of the cards and enemy armies feel. The special "faction abilities" are also very subject to change, and any ideas on how to improve those would be appreciated. I've included a short video of some of the basic gameplay as well as some card art.

Currently developing my second game project which is a roguelike deck building game! Gather together troops and weapons to fight through increasingly difficult armies. Establish synergies between your cards and treasures to create the strongest army!
Overview
The basic idea of the game is that you build a deck from random cards, numerous cards are played simultaneously on a field, and those cards can benefit each other based on their synergies and relative positions. You have attack, defense, and wealth stats which can all be boosted by your cards. The goal is to reduce the enemy army's health to 0, and that army may add "sabotage" cards to your deck for an additional layer of difficulty.
This is an early version of the game, so lots of the artwork is placeholder and the game balance will change significantly throughout development.

Hello! My first large game project is now finished and available on Itch.io and Steam! A Walk Through Echoes is a difficult "auditory platforming" game. You play as a blind man and have limited vision tools, so you must learn to memorize and rely on the auditory cues created by platforms and the environment in order to succeed. In the video below, you can see two completions of the same puzzle; the first completion uses the visual system, and the second completion strictly relies on memory and use of the game's auditory system.
