Ok. Tool delete file and I read in log this: 

Current parent directory: C:/.../.../.../.../extensions/FireBase/HD

[11-10-2021 15:45:32] Checking FireBase.HD.yy

[11-10-2021 15:45:32] Trash file: FireBase.HD.yy, will be moved to ___yyp_maker_trash.

And thats all. What means that "files were in places where they shouldn't have been"? How tool understand where this file should be?

Hello. Please explain why some files may be flagged as redundant and moved to trash folder. How can I return them into project and made yyp file to contain them.
