How do you make an extended zoom view? either from camera or as base: im not able to see most of my char

Tried it, unfortunately Skybreaker is still invisible and unable to be interacted with after dying, and is still stuck as part of the team. Anything else I can try? is there a console command to release all following followers maybe? 

My Skybreaker npc is bugged, its stuck continuously falling so i cant have it stop following, is there another way to get npcs to stop following? 

How do you use the gear-uprades to infuse your weapons and gear? ive collected some from dungeons but was never able to use them, I might be stupid
