aww, really glad , got sick and misbudgeted the dev time so put together the actual game itself in the last 2 hours or so ;; (slowly working on making a lil bit of a bigger version though heh)
oh sorry, the default settings are awful ;; , updating them, though meanwhile, the options let you change the resolution and there's a config file in the godot appdata folder (under touhoujam2024 folder)
manual jumping was an addition, auto jumping is there to get up ledges without having to press anything, need to give it a lil sound and tihnk will compliment music even better uwu
think the crash is a godot shader issues, since it stutters a lot from compiling shaders on runtime, not sure if there's a way to resolve it sadly :(
the controls will be updated, since only really set them up well for controller, and kinda left the easrly prototype controls in since deadline was approaching
Yeah, made the models in Blender , threw them into unity to have some nice fog and just took screenshots of character in position and drew UI and stuff on top of it manually in aseprite (the title screen and map screen are just hand-drawn fully)
[SPOILER AHEAD] yes, you are correct, the body parts align with like, the island, to form like, a semblence of a body, in regards to the big rocks sticking out of the sea in the distance. Fish rarity and cursed fish do largely work like that, yes

Genuinely wonderful, adore the way in which the reloading is setup, it has really engaging complexity, and appreciate the more utilitarian low fi aesthetic, and the writing is really cute, really like the medic girl a lot. can't wait for more, deeply excited <3

Oh okay! Sorry, misunderstood. A lil bit of animation is broken for it which would at least add a lil big of background (the player character is supposed to kneel) But well, that's it :(
