i'll have you know that these games genuinely mean so much to me, and your games are probably one of the only times ive stuck to an indie game dev and their games with so much love and adoration as a queer (gay, trans, aroace-spectrum, and polyam.. i know.. crazy combo!?!?!?) person of color!!! most of my other main interests lack representation, whether that be queer rep or for rep other poc, so seeing just how diverse and unapologetically queer your sweet little universe is means so much ;;; its all so grounded and not exaggerated to playing through these games genuinely makes me feel like its ... just normal ... it doesnt need to be outwardly advertised as a queer game yet it might still hold those elements in a very bold manner, and i adore it lotss <3 never stop making these kinds of things nami, i genuinely adore these games
treat has been a pretty major hyperfixation of mine for the last few months actually ... im pretty sure i made a comment around 2022 asking if there was any way to get a macos port for the game, but eventually i figured out how to get the game to work on a mac !!! and my god have i been OBSESSED.
after playing basically all of the other freebie games and bad end theatre, my god.. the compiled version of treat is quite literally a treat!!! the AMOUNT of times ive squealed when i see characters from other games of yours.. i remember trying my hardest to make a full timeline for the nami games too..
by far my absolute favourite game after starry flowers (my introduction to nami games actually ;; im a trans mlm guy and the story just had me bawling.. gen comforts me as someone whos mlm)
also slight spoilers for starry flowers and chapter 8: seeing that tid bit of missteps from starry flowers when you can visit atelier sweets station in trick comes home genuinely had me crying /pos. seeing pastilles pov after periwinkle left seriously made me go crazy.. but this also does make me wonder how long starry flowers took to progress.. i mean in clever fox moxie, it's already a fact that periwinkle introduced astragalus to atelier sweets, meaning the story of starry flowers should have started at LEAST a few days to weeks prior to chapter 3 no ..?? and then seeing that the events of missteps took place ALLLL the way in chapter 8 made me think about just how much time passed between chapter one and three .. because playing treat, it seems that MONTHS passed since chapter 3, but playing starry flowers, it felt like only a month had passed (i think that was mentioned in the game.. i replayed the game recently)
NOW EITHER IM STUPID OR THERE IS SOME INCONSISTENCY HERE BUTTTT LISTEN I AM NOT COMPLAINING!! its just my hyperfixated ass overthinking things a crap ton hhaahah i love this game so much its insane ......!!!!
if nobody cares then why are you whining about it unlike everyone else just enjoying the game, funny enough i thought embry used she her when i started playing the game blind, even if i did later find out. I'm saying that it wasn't even pushed into ur face or smth !!! just leave it be man you're everything you're insisting not to be
funny story both me and my friend ended up getting that ending like a few minutes after i commented this (i forgot to update on it) LMAO. its such a good visual novel tho and we had so much fun :333 looking forward to if u ever make anymore things like these!!!
