The next step is maybe to make diamonds spawn at different locations but overall it's really fun to play.

Really like this game. Easy to understand and to play but the difficulty is balanced and at the end it's hard to keep up with all the zombies !

I just think that on the upper edge, zombies spawn a little bit on the left of their hole which is a little bit frustrating when we're close to achieving our highest score ;).

 The game fits perfectly the theme and is fun to play but as you said in your description, controls are a little bit weird in the corners.
