Edit: I called them sprites, but maybe that was the wrong thing to say. The character shows up on the left, and the background is black.

The special event 3 scene in the access special wardrobe, some of the girls scenes are just black, they show the sprites but that's it, not cg. Carolines kiss scene when you sneak off and Rachels swim scene is just noise. Is this normal?

Edit: Got the refund :)  Also do you have your patreon anywhere on your homepage? I couldn't find it unless I looked into the text document file.

 I realized to late that this program doesn't work specifically for VR unless I am using your patreon version. Is it possible to get a refund so I can get your standard supporter on patreon instead? Or can I just show you my proof of purchase of the itchio version of the program and get the standard for a dollar more on patreon? I only really have one video to download and its a VR. I literally only bought the itchio version thinking that it would be simple, make a cookies.txt then ID and walla but nope, I need patreon version. I need help, please and thank you.
