I haven't logged in for a month so sorry for a late reply...but if you happen to see this and still want to play, you run the tycoonGacha.exe file.

For the file name I just randomly made that, and yes there is no gacha anything. Also, Windows does that for about any file that didn't have an installer, but it is definitely not a virus or anything :)
You click tycoonGacha.exe to start the game.
this is 100% guarantee no virus totally legit :]
