The free version of HUD maker has a pretty basic text component, and so far as I can tell doesn't have multiline support (say, if you want a paragraph of text in a window). Does the paid version have that?

I don't personally care about playtime. I'm just saying, the functionality presently exists to submit user reviews with a score and text, but only one of them can be displayed on a game's page, and that feels like an unintended oversight, which is why comments are used as a defacto review field at all.

Played it earlier and really really enjoyed it. Worth checking out.

What a beautiful game. Solid design, excellent pacing, clearly very personal subject matter to the author. Exceedingly well-written.

This is the kind of gem you play weird Twine games on Itch hoping to stumble across. I adored it.

I have more specific thoughts about things I think it did really well, regarding the intentional festering and then gentle management of player expectations, but to say anything more would spoil it.

Great work.

A game about the linguistic katamari we pick up as we roll along life's paths. How we change as we grow, and our ability to communicate with old friends changes too. How communication facilitates connection between people and cultures, for good and for ill. Loads to unpack in this one. Just a really interesting experiment in narrative design that I enjoyed a great deal. Highly recommend.

Thanks so much! I'm glad you "enjoyed" it!

Deleting this comment for spoiler reasons :) Nothing personal!

You help train a facial recognition AI, by sorting and categorizing pictures of people's faces. Takes about 10-15 minutes to play.

This looks adorable!!! Love your character art.

Out of curiosity, was this made with the Naninovel engine for Unity?

Hi all!

I just released my first game on itch.io, and I'd love it if you'd check it out. It's a short horror game TRAINING EXERCISE about the active tire fire EXCITING FUTURE of facial recognition technology.

It can be played in a browser for free, but donations are of course appreciated. And if you like the game, I hope you'll consider sharing it on social media etc. My twitter handle is @bmcarbaugh if you'd like to connect.

Thanks!

Hi! Maybe I'm just missing a button somewhere, but it seems like there is, at present, no way to show the actual text of user reviews on a game's page. Is that the case? If so, I'd love to see that feature added. Positive reviews are one of the biggest persuaders for me when I browse storefronts like Steam, as a player.

Working now, thanks! Awesome tool.

This looks great! I can't seem to get it to launch on Mac, though. It opens and then crashes a half-second later. If I open the package contents and run the executable in there, the error I get is"Error: Could not load module lime@lime_application_create__prime"

I'm on Catalina 10.15.7 on a Macbook Air, if that helps.

Awesome! Thanks!

Hi there! I just downloaded this and I'm getting a weird resolution bug when I open the program. (The program looks very tiny inside the window, and any image I try to export bizarrely crops to the low right-hand corner.) Any idea what might be causing this?

I'm on 64-bit Windows 7.

EDIT: Weirdly, if I grab the window while the program is opening and drag it around, it displays at the proper resolution when it's finished loading. Guess it's an okay workaround?
