Thanks. Can I replace the internals in "resources\app\public\data\scripts" as an alternative? I want to change those lines in "script.nar," but it seems invalid. Is it possible to integrate the changes made to the .nar file into the game process?
I notice that Narrat belongs to some kind of JavaScript webpage or integrated app, so I also tried to modify HTML elements using "Ctrl+Shift+i" on the executable, which is "F12" in the browser. However, the modified cache information will be lost when the window is closed. Those result can only be stored and displayed temporarily in the current HTML.
Excuse me. Can Lovely Lady RPG run on browers? I hope to open "game.exe" things with the default browser like this one, so these games can use immersive translation plugins. That would be more convenient!
Or it can't support big games very well now? The "game.exe" using Narrat Engine is kind of build-in browser, I guess. Thanks for your reply in advance!
Search with "Renpy translation" and then you can go. Here's a tutorial that looks like an official document. Besides, the previous attached short link should still work, or try keywords "Renpy moskys".
Translating Ren'Py games: A guide, by moskys This is a guide.
The involved tools are listed in its first page. You also need prepare a font for your language beforehand. (Or you can find me in this game's steam community guide for collaboration. Technically, it's a makeshift localization, I just grasp some basic concepts of the translation process.)
Overall, in my opinion, this game is easy enough to translate for a beginner!
I ask a similiar question to xeexee, this is what they say in email:
I cannot officially endorse any localizations because I would have no way to read and approve them myself (I am not very skilled in any languages besides English, lol). But fans do have my permission to release unofficial patches themselves for readers in their languages!
Well, I am not sure xeexee will be open to the steam page localization, but for volunteer translations, perhaps you can just help yourself. Xeexee announce Vol2's page today, so I come here with the hope of getting something new. Hope these information can help you.
Hi, I don't find out a copy of Permutations, DABA, so I use The Third Mind(1978) instead. Although I know the phrase needed for the shopkeeper in game, I'm not sure about its source. The short story "The Death of Mrs. D" of The Third Mind seems close to the original text or the written time 1970. If you can indicate the corresponding page number in The Third Mind, I would appreciate it.
Hello! I know you go all out for the "Volume Two". We hope to ask for your permission, as a small group of two readers for Volunteer Localization.
We had tried to contact with you by social media, and sent an email to you. We start it at Jul,16th. Now after a month, we polish and proofread our translation up to Chapter 8. Looking forward to hearing from you.
