I don’t think he’d be violating it at all. WorldBox, another indie game, similarly released on another site before steam, but however upon switching to steam, they gave out steam keys to folk who had bought it on the other site first, instead of practically scamming them out of more money.

least I waited until the steam version was on sale to pick it up, utter scam.

Bought it here for 6 dollars, paying another 3 dollars for it on steam, wonderous. Really liked it when Worldbox, that I bought before it was on steam, provided me with a steam key upon them switching sites.
