Will the download for Chapter 0 be up for download for people who didn't download it?

Trying to download the VN because I'm on windows but I'm having trouble downloading it because it downloads as an .exe and keep getting an error saying my laptop doesn't trust the download.

Just wondering when is the new update going to be released because I miss seeing my precious boi Atlas who's my fave out of the cast of characters.

I loved Harold's route in this story because they're were times in Harold's route that broke my heart and had me in tears one minute and then the next minute I'm smiling like an absolute idiot. The epilogue for Harold's route was perfectly wholesome that I've reread it 3 times because it's so wholesome. 

I honestly can't wait for when the VN gets updated out of the demo cause I'm already in love with the characters I met in the demo
