I'm assuming you have extracted the file since you've done everything in 1.2.0? The problem is likely to be something that is fixed in the new file called "DOWNLOAD THIS FIX FOR V0.1.2.1 BEFORE" (very creative name) but I have no idea how to apply that fix yet, will update if I figure it out

No lesbian content in the game as far as I remember. I think it's just planned to be added later down the line
