Sorry for the delay in response, I've been swamped at work. I was able to replicate it 3 times. Each time you complete the Amulet scene it absolutely breaks everything, but starting a new game fixed everything. Not sure why it happens as I honestly don't know anything about unity.

What kind of demonic spell did you cast on this game to get it to use 100% GPU, CPU, and Ram usage after doing Molly's Amulet scene. My computer has hard crashed four times now.

No it wasn't, I went back in time to check. The program they use to catch time travelers is way different.
