Really love the concept, its something that you can definitely expand on

Suggestion:

I would definitely add some sound to the game to make it feel more alive. 

Bugs:

On the first level you can run through the bottom wall if you use flame.

Enemies sometimes fly right through you, on the last level the first enemy didn't affect me at all.

I really like the concept its a cool little simulator you made, couple bugs(Had to disable anti-virus to start it, sometimes the bacteria physics mess up when they collide with each other making them jump in a glitchy manner.)
