I think the only friction is the restart has to be double-clicked to get past the initial chat.

I absolutely loved the art style in this. The art and subtle music/sounds really drew me in. There was not a lot of interactivity, but it was a pleasant experience. I would dig bigger explorations in this style.

Nice story, although I was close to bouncing from the game before I realized the main mechanic. I liked the writing throughout and the art style was great.

Good, fun little game with a lot of branches. The theming is absolutely on point. The game’s dedication to the fine art of a cuppa is to be lauded.

Cool little exploration of asking for what you really want. I liked the sparing but effective use of special effects (offputting typesetting for the guest, and the fade to black in some endings).

I had sadly missed this game in IF Comp 2024. I’m glad to have played it. I still have a semi-legendary status in my house for once turning across some behemoth 10 lane highway in the US in peak hour, attempting a maneuver much the same as this game. That was actually less harrowing than this game, but only just.

Interesting experiment on the topic of word choice. I quite liked how the initial fog of choosing a beginning word snapped into confronting clarity by the fourth.

While much more technically challenging, it’d be interesting to see it presented as a tree, symbolising a discussion thread.

While I personally didn’t quite fully click with the relationship story, I sure as hell felt hungry reading all the descriptions of the ingredients. Fun game.

Loved the metaphors, especially the port-scanning one.

Thanks! I fixed that typo just now.

Really cool. The race back up is tense!

Okay, running on Chrome 80.0.3987.132 seemed to work well. Thanks!

I tried to make a game in this 7DRL with portals, but didn’t quite get there. Congrats on making it! Nice work!

Running this via the browser (Firefox 73.0.1 on Linux) or via Wine I get the menu, UI elements and sound… Just no visuals. Any recommendations?

Other Unity games in the 7DRL seem to be loading okay (but might not be 3D).

I wrote a post-mortem of my efforts, and welcome feedback.

The latest build works great for me. Thanks for the updates!

Works a lot better, thanks, although apostrophe kicks in the search bar. I'(click)m a fan of Extremely Online and quite like the styling.

I'm having difficulty playing this. The game doesn't seem to capture all input in Firefox, so every time I press spacebar, the page scrolls.
