Hey all, I'm a composer who is looking to get into composing instrumental music for games. I recently finished a paid course on video game music composition (taught by the incredible Jason Graves) and am hoping to wet my feet now with making some music for actual projects. I'm really excited to be able to compose music with a specific direction in mind (in regards to a certain atmosphere, setting, or genre). Obviously being paid is always a plus but as i'm also just hoping to build up a portfolio and a body of work I wouldn't mind writing some music for free if the budget is low. I'll drop a link to my soundcloud just to show what kind of music i've written in the past, all instrumental some with video games in mind, other tracks just written...for my own enjoyment I suppose. I have a good amount of experience with DAW's and virtual instruments as well as a pretty decent amount of virtual instruments at my disposal in order to be able to write with a large variety of sounds and timbres.
