No worries! I know the buttons in this game are a bit annoying to deal with but I'm glad you figured it out :) In the future I'm gonna avoid making buttons where you have to click the actual word since I know you aren't the only one who was confused by this.

So, since the buttons were working for you up to a specific point, a temporary connection issue may have interrupted things on the browser’s end. It's also possible that this issue was caused by me making changes to the page/re-uploading stuff at the exact time you were playing. If you’re able to, try refreshing the page or opening it in another browser or an incognito window; this can sometimes reset any problems with clickable elements. Also, certain browser extensions like ad blockers or privacy tools can interfere with links, so disabling those briefly might help.
