Which version are you trying to download. 3.50 dollars (or 3.21 GBP) should unlock the 0.8 version of the game (the download option should have showed up when you donated). The 0.8 version of the game is quite old though. You might want to refund your purchase here and become a $3 dollar Patron on my Patreon page, which will give you access to the 0.14 version of the game.

And of course there is always F95Zone if you want the latest version for free without supporting me, but that's up to you.

You're playing version 0.5b, right? The free demo? Well, version 0.11 (the most recent version) actually goes up to day 10 already, so... yes, the game will/does continue after day 5

I think that might be because every file requires a minimum donation. If you click on "No, thanks just take me to the downloads", no files will show up because none of them are available for free. If you want to play a free demo, you can find it on my Patreon (version 0.5b). The link to my Patreon page is at the top of the description. I'll also try to upload the file demo files here so this doesn't happen again
