Just keep going, tackle the daily tasks and it will automatically come up. Focus on another character if you can't figure out the one you want, as they are often tied together for story progression.
I noticed this in my update feed, checked how much I drank from my bottle of rum, double checked I read it right, and then got excited to see this is really happening.
