A few questions - Can i access the save file in OS? If so what is the path? And Is it possible to transfer it to PC and still work? 

There is a stand at the marketplace where there is an elderly lady selling them. I believe she is located to the distant right side when you first arrive (as in going further into the market you'll miss her)
