im using below average draw power and still a small split takes over a 3rd of the country, itd be more realistic if these small splits started tiny and then u can draw more cards to make it a stronger rebellion.

if one nation takes over the whole map and you draw a expand card there is no more territory to expand to and the game is unplayable. For example, I had 2 main nations in the Mediterranean Map, the Ottomans and Romans, I drew a Union Card making the Roman Empire the only nation on the map and then drew a large expand with no where to expand. Easy fix is when there is less territory than draw power, only allow splits or new nation card.
Along with the drawing your nations world, I think another mode in which you can draw a few nations, choose to play as one and the ai will automatically draw cards to expand, split, build forts, etc. AND form alliances with other ai as well as the player can draw the "Form Alliance" card which ties into the WAR card which when drawn allows you to declare war on another nation. If declared on an ai with an alliance, the ai well assist their allies.
For war, there are two ways to go about it imo. Either add troops that you can train and use to take over their land or just make it a battle of draw power where you draw over their territory and the ai will try and repel your attacks. Just a suggestion and you could probably make it a lot better.
