Absolutely my guy, It works just fine, I really like the water drop animations. Cool game.

Yeah I think the music and the vignette really intensify the experience. Thanks for checking it out!

Thank you so much! I'm glad you like it!

Thanks, Christor! I'm glad you thought it was good!

Sweet.

Can you please release a windows version?

Loved the little characters and the music, don't have any friends to play this with tho :'(

Very charming and cute with good animations, I'm looking forward to see what happens with this game in the future.

I really like the polish on this game! Great art and sound, and the difficulty setting a really good feature.

I like it, really good for 20 minutes! In fact, the mechanics are very similar to the ones in my game only yours is in 2D. Good effort!

Hello, I am Byzantine and I use Unity and will code in C#, I've got some ideas ready for when this thing starts but holding back for the time to start. Looking forward to getting into this.

Sweet, thanks Master Doot, your comments are very fair. I'd struggle to class the upgrades as collectibles since you don't collect them, they just upgrade your character, but to say that they're underwhelming is fair, I originally wanted them to be more spectacular but the gameplay I had committed to somewhat limited me :/. The controls were one button but that's not really what the "controls" category is about, it's how satisfying they are to use and how responsive they are, which I thought was pretty good in my game, but very subjective since it's about gravity so at different moments you'd want it to be slower moving. I'll definitely agree with you on the visuals, it's very technical-focused rather than art focused, but I still put a lot of effort into it. I really want to say thank you for the nice thing you said about the music, I'm not usually too good at that so it's nice to hear somebody liked it after all the effort I put into improving it. I'm glad you think the gameplay is good, I really wanted to focus on replayability, but I think I sacrificed skill somewhere along the way, and a lot of how to win has ended up being luck. Again, thank you so much for taking the time to write such thorough criticism! It's very useful for future projects!

Thanks, Soul Grinder! Yeah I really wanted to focus on visuals on a project (you can tell from my other games that that hasn't exactly been my focus in the past haha) so I'm glad that you like them and had fun playing!

Thanks for playing my game, FuzzyChurro! Yes, I suppose fully saturated rotating colours with ridiculous bloom would make the text a little hard to read! Thank you, it's certainly something to think about in future. I really wanted to ham the garish neon-levels to the max, but as you've pointed out it can sacrifice the clarity :/. I thought maybe that not explaining the upgrades in words would be ok because the icons are clear enough, and obviously the ? was meant to be unknown, but you certainly have a point that it may be hard to tell, especially as they are moving so fast! Thank you so much for the nice things you said about my execution and polish! I worked hard on it!

Thank you so much for playing! Yeah I'm rather proud of the boss.

Thanks so much for playing my game! what I did was I used one orthographic camera (to render the sprites) and one perspective camera (to render the 3D background). I put the background objects on a new layer. By setting the orthographic camera to depth only and taking the background layer off it's culling mask that camera doesn't render the background and has a transparent background. Then you can take everything off the culling mask except the background on the perspective camera so it only shows the background in perspective mode.

Wow this is really good and really holds to the theme! Also rather original and well executed, solid job.

Yeah I was thinking that because I only had time to make 3 levels I would make the third one a doozy. Hopefully I'll finish this game a little more soon including making a shallower difficulty curve haha. Thank you so much for playing my game, and for the feedback!

ok so this is now my favourite game, but there's something weird going on with the progression, it says I need 5912 workers to level up to level 4, but the maximum I can get on level 3 is 5600, (also only being able to get 100 gems at a time whilst I'm meant to be earning 800 a game is rather demotivating) so I would suggest rethinking the idea of limiting the about of stuff a player can have. Absolutely LOVE the gameplay though.

Oh! You know that's my bad because I totally thought it was a phone game (due to the profile dimensions) so I didn't try arrow keys at all! Thanks I will get playing!

Hello, YoloStudio, thanks so much for playing my game! I'm glad you worked out how to teleport behind them to go in for the kill! I'll definitely look at your game!

Oh, ok, yeah I guess I didn't fully explore and was focused on progress, especially with the time limit, maybe I'll try and look for it....

I really did.

Hi Zix-ex! Thank you so much for this feedback, and for playing my game! You are totally right on the improvements, I had the same sort of ideas but I run out of time (I really spent pretty much every hour of the week on it haha). Yeah I think I'll update it with those features at some point. Again, thanks so much for your time.

Hm, I like the art and the music, but I can't seem to play the game? I don't have any gems at the start, so the only thing I can press is the two crossing swords, and when I do I don't have any tribute, so I can't do any of the things, so I'm not really able to get anywhere, maybe I'm doing something wrong? As I said, art and music looks good, but I think it might be a little broken, idk.

Nice game! Really liked the art, there were a few places where side and corner tiles were missing though, but the animations were cool. Had a little trouble with jumping and sometimes they didn't register, but the music was good, and I perservered and got 5 points! There is a part where I couldn't seem to get any further, and I can't work out if it's intentional. Overall good effort you've clearly shown your strengths!

Aw

Thanks for playing! Glad to hear you thought it was good!

Hm, interesting. I'll look into that.

Damn it, I don't know how to make it any better, really, if you're going fast enough the collider doesn't even realise you've hit it before you've reached the other side. Thanks for playing my game, though!

(btw pls check out my entry to this game it's Duck Surf DX please and thank you)

I personally vote that the prize be a PB&J sandwich sent in the post.

:( I never got to the top of that duck. Fantastic game, though.

Really? I hadn't noticed that bug, I'll see if I can replicate it.
