According to "This jam is about games where you play a life. Not an extraordinary life, but an average life. It is about average people. It's about the beauty of the ordinary." I'd say no.
The game needs a lot of work but it has a decent foundation. The main menu looks pretty bad and is pretty clunky. Not sure how to leave a planet after landing on it.
