only a week since I finished current build and I need moooooore, I can hear something banging on that big vault door a la outlast whistleblower type shit, I neeeeeeed it, it calls to meeeeeeeeeee

damn I kinda thought more would have been done since I first tried this game out, but I am for sure still loving the concept and how it's being done so far, very eager to see what more you make of this

umm ackschually Sharif that translates to "life danger" or "lethal danger" not "death inside"

holy shit that is good detail, the butchering of norwegian writing clearly being done by a non-speaker who had just asked what to write, chefs kiss, no notes

my horror immersion was broken by the reveal we had not asked asked how to access the internet by halfway through day 1, but seriously, fucking phenomenal game so far, and I'm not even finished the current build

so I was able to do the names thing in the trial of mind, which I presume is a knowledge check (?), and after flubbing the second door a bit I loaded save (cause I'm a lil bitch, btw really not a fan of not being able to rollback or just save wherever, I think the base mechanic change from most visual novels of the day management is cool but that part is annoying for completionist/full experience, but it's whatever) and now it's not working at all, so is there a randomizer in there somewhat and stats just like influence the roll or something? oh also is divination class worthless?

I just noticed some of them were inconsistent, unless that is also a design thing, in which case I am sorry I mistook that, like the "are you in school or employed" chooses its own hours 

browser version is busted, can't do shit on chrome, buttons decide to work or not work at random

is this new VN going to be a "remaking" of WF as you said in your prior devlog, whatever that meant?

oooh the only kinetic visual novel I've played was Lyre, might give this a shot too

I have not played this yet, but what you've just said, with the fact it seems like you made this from first launch to finish in like 5 months, is insane, but yeah, that's a lot of variables, most VNs do some important variables and then have flavour choices, but honestly again that's an impressive amount in the time you made it, I'm definitely gonna follow you and give this a go cause you're definitely a passionate creator and this looks like a good project

it is crazy how far it has come and how long I've just realized it's been since I downloaded version 4, which I still haven't finished by the way cause I've been getting through it in chunks where I just sit down and play, though more lately just remember it's there and play it, gonna finish that and then hold out for the final build, can't wait to see where this story I already love goes, seeing "ACT 2" was insane cause there was already so much story told, like I was thinking "gawdamn I probably downloaded this right before the final build" but nope, you are just a goddamn efficient and fantastic writer, anyway, gonna be a little annoying playing the game over again to see all the new cleanup and CGs and stuff, but I couldn't be happier that it was made even better, so a bright thing overall, anyway here ends my incoherent rambling that contains no periods, love ya, love your game, can't wait to see how it ends... or most of the game for that matter, and I cannot wait to see what you do next too if you decide to do anything

I made plenty of manual saves, quicksaves too, all were gone including autosaves, when I went to run the game again after to see what messages popped up in the actually renpy loading screen I now see it says something about "may not save properly" which it saved stuff until the page reloaded so I guess that means like with the browser cache

And y'know if that wouldn't entail too much I would be down to try and do that if you could outline what that would entail

oh so you don't mean like 5 endings with different variations, that is a relief for the completionist in me

gawd fucking damnit I was having a blast playing this game, fucking amazing game btw, like this is good shit, I always love a political thriller and/or political and/or military strategy game, and always wanted more in VN form, sadly the page reloaded when I was playing it in browser and all the saves are gone, something that has never happened to me for any other game renpy I've been playing in browser, on google chrome btw, but yeah, that asides, fucking love this, I shall download and return to playing it soon

Edit: nevermind there is no mac version according to the symbols, kill me

see the great thing about visual novels is that you don't need a narrator, cut the narrator in your next revision, it makes it feel clunky as hell since we can see our character's expressions and actions, and just need to know what they're saying via text

being good at the golf isn't really important to the game unless you're achievement hunting

y'know what's funny, I think I did that exactly once the one full run I played, haha, anyways thanks for answering all my questions

gotcha, so it has to be a full run of the game, alright, also shit I forgot to ask, what constitutes confusing putters? that's my last question, sorry I forgot to ask it with the other

golden clubs and balls, sprint, and jump, those were working, I'm gonna see if restarting the game makes it work when I play next, which is hopefully to be soon, cause this shit is actually really fun to achievement hunt

I'm on Windows, also damn alr I guess I'll just give it another swing (heh) I would like to know what a "run" is defined as for the purpose of multiple achievements if it's not too much to ask

awesome concept, great music, simple but good sound design, honestly all around very good, the hammer feels jank to use and sometimes just drops you for no reason kinda inconsistently though

fun game, honestly pretty good concept and good execution

I am sorry to pester but do you think I could get an answer to my comment about clarification on some achievements, I'm not asking for like a walkthrough or even tips on how to do them, just what their parameters are, because I did holes 2, 5, and 7 before the music that comes with them ends, and I did not get it

what exactly does all balls kill do?

"the red cross is for protected medical personnel" is the reasoning, something about demeaning the protection it means to place it in fictional settings or something? I dunno, it's dumb, and I'm not even sure they can technically enforce that, they try tho and it's often less of a hassle to just change it than litigate with them if you catch their attention

oh also if you still check these comments could you give some parameters for the more vaguely worded achievements, the 2.5,7 hole one, or what exactly qualifies as a run for the purpose of multiple achievements, what confusing putters means, etc.

oh also what holes is it even possible to get a hole in 1 on?

anal sex is not on the list, is it planned?

okay so totally fucking awesome game, very frustrating at times, but that's just the nature of golf, eh? ohh yeah and the being chased while doing it thing, ngl getting par on all holes without turning enemies to off or slow, which I was tempted to do many times, was hard as hell, but very rewarding, this is a novel concept and I think you executed it almost perfectly, and as a guy who is big on audio design, A motherfucking plus, good concept, great execution, great sound design, great ambiance, kinda capitalizing on the lower graphics, and it's just fantastic

oh also think it's weird you can trigger hole 13 without finishing hole 12
